Maple Syruping
Students learn how trees turn water, sunlight and air into sap. Then it’s into the sugarbush to practice drilling and watch the sap flow. A stop at the evaporator shows how sap becomes syrup. Everyone gets a chance to compare sap and taste real Ryerson Woods maple syrup.
